Jack is GREAT!!! He went above & beyond diagnosing & fixing our problem. He went as far as pulling our well pump, which was 220 feet down, at no extra charge to make sure the line wasn't broke down below. He even took the pump to test it while it was out to make sure it was operating correctly. The line was broke under the slab in the garage. Within about 4 hours he ran a new line from the well to the garage & we had water again! Plus he only charged about a quarter of what the other companies wanted to charge! Don't call the first ones that pop up when you're looking for someone to help you with well or plumbing service. You WILL get ripped off!!! We can't thank Jack enough for his knowledge from years of experience, his hard work & quick response at getting our water problem fixed.
